Sales Enablement Manager in Minit

Minit.io is seeking a seasoned, high performing sales enablement professional to help lead the next phase of growth. Reporting to the Chief Sales Office, you’ll play a critical role in onboarding, ramping and developing the go-to-market teams. You are a key link between sales, customer success, marketing and product ensuring consistent use of materials, messaging and support across these key functions.

What will you do

  • Work with sales, pre-sales, business development and customer success leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement programs
  • Determine sales and customer success enablement priorities with sales and customer success stakeholders
  • Build a trusted relationship with partners, sales reps, sales engineers, business development reps and customer success managers
  • Serve as a liaison between partners, sales, customer success, marketing and product teams
  • Provide effective onboarding and training programs for partners, sales reps and customer success managers
  • Assist in the creation and facilitation of sales skills training for Minit value selling methodology, pipeline generation, territory, account and opportunity planning, value engineering, sales play execution, and similar programs
  • Assist in the planning and executing of sales training events including sales kickoff
  • Coordinate educational content for ongoing sales training
  • Facilitate content creation and use with sales, customer success and marketing teams
  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy and priorities
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales and customer success teams

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development
  • A strong understanding of the sales and customer success environments, including sales and customer success content, tools and training
  • Experience with value selling approaches and methodologies, and skill development programs that drive successful global sales organizations
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems
  • Able to build internal relationships with sales, customer success and marketing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fast learner who is driven by new challenges and experiences
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to present topics clearly and succinctly
  • Adaptable with ability to react quickly to changing direction without sacrificing quality
  • Ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast paced, rapidly changing environment
