Sales Development Representative
At Minit we’re about to lay the foundations for our new Sales Development.
From 2000 € + depending on experience
The Sales Development team’s primary goal will be to ensure every new customer or partner will get the very best care, will clearly understand how Minit Process Mining changes the game with data-backed process improvement and guide them through their very first steps in their Process Mining journey with us.
To achieve the above we’re looking for a driven, independent and highly enthusiastic leader who will take charge in creating the inner workings of the team, define the process, establish all required collateral and above all will drive the initial results in form of happy qualified leads. He will also be in charge of the subsequent scaling of the team helping to define the job descriptions, participate in hiring process, training and if successful also lead the new team members.
- Together with the sales and marketing teams create the ideal Sales Development process, define the requirements for each stage, such as success metrics, qualification criteria, collateral, messaging, timing as well as touch points and collaboration with other team members
- Be the first point-of-contact for new customers introducing them to Process Mining basics, taking them from theory to practice, showcasing results, doing demos and most importantly helping them understand what value Minit can create for their organization
- The successful outcome with a new potential customer is to qualify their level of interest and maturity of the organization and initiative within the sales process in order to decide on handing them over to the senior sales professionals
- With potential new partners your role will be to establish whether there is a good fit on a businessand customer base, subsequently helping them make the first step towards becoming a certified partner of Minit
- Support marketing efforts and follow up on inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, coming from conferences and webinars
- A key part of the Sales Development team will be creating an outbound outreach process through multiple channels (phone, email and social media) in order to generate interest from prospects in specific targeted industries
- You have a very outgoing and cheerful personality with outstanding communication skills in English on a business level comfortable with explaining complex topics in a concise and to-the-point manner
- You love to interact with people via all communication channels whether that is in-person, discussing on the phone or conversing via e-mail or social media
- You have a customer-centric Getting Things Done attitude always trying to find the best fit with regards to the clients situation and challenges while using a consultative approach in finding the solution
- You take on big challenges and are always looking for successful and measurable outcomes that drive your personal and professional growth
- You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar sales or business development role in a B2B environment ideally selling enterprise software or technology solutions
