Operations Assistant

Are you responsible multitasking professional with strong communication and organizations skills with a scale-up mindset and passionate about providing administrative support along with clerical tasks that aid the daily business operations of an organization? 

Your responsibilities

  • Manage CEO’s & Senior Management workday calendar on daily basis
  • Provide support to Management team as and when required
  • Participate in Management meetings and distribute minutes of meeting to the Management team
  • Manage incoming and outgoing letters and packages
  • Scan and store a retrieve company documents, invoices, bills, reports as and when needed
  • Perform general office administrative and clerical duties
  • Business travel support, booking hotels, travel tickets, flights, help to Financial Controller with billing of business trips
  • Support with organization of meetings, events and teambuilding activities
  • Update internal operation procedures document as needed
  • Help with any other office and administration related activities

Your profile

  • Proven experience in Operation Assistant (1+years minimum)
  • Proven experience in Accounting Assistant is welcome
  • Excellent communication skills in English language (oral and written)
  • Scale-up mindset
  • A fan of technology and you love to work with them
  • Ability to work very autonomously while being a team player and fun to work with, as well
  • Highly structured approach to work in the form of managing activities and deadlines
  • Conceptual approach, creativity and independence in problem solving, all while being a team memberat the same time
  • Easily work in fast growing, flexible and ever-changing environment
  • Able to easily switch between different operational tasks
