- Prepare and implement end-to-end talent acquisition strategy
- Overlook existing and implement new, effective and innovative talent acquisition processes
- Monitor, screen domestic and international market, have and overview about talent acquisition trends and effective sourcing channels and implement the appropriate solutions
- Cover the entire recruitment activities from definition of recruitment needs, search to final feedback
- Prepare and implement appropriate methods of selection e.g. case studies, assessment centers, etc.
- Partner with hiring managers in order to understand the current and future need and requirements, provide regular support and feedback to run timely and costly effective recruitment process
- Maintain relationships with external suppliers and stakeholders
- Build and develop strong partnership with existing and future domestic and international agencies
- Manage internal and external advertising and organize creative Employer Branding activities (social media, participation in workshops, fairs, meet-ups, etc.)
- Organize entire onboarding processes from administration to pulse checks after adaptation of the Newcomer
- Track and report key KPIs
- Undertake administration duties with candidates for particular positions
- Support any other HR related activities
- Proven experience with talent acquisition in IT (3 years minimum)
- Experience with international talent acquisition activities

- Highly structured approach to work in the form of managing projects, deadlines and stakeholders
- Conceptual approach, creativity and independence in problem solving, all while being a team member at the same time
